Shri Rawatpura Sarkar Group of Institutions (SRGOI) has well established computer labs with latest configuration to meet the current industry demands, technologies and softwares which are being constantly upgraded to facilitate its students smart computer labs.
WI-FI Facility in SRGOI: SRGOI has the facilities of wireless connectivity for easy access of Internet. It not only helps the students in their studies but also contributes towards the overall comprehensive developments of the students.
The Central Library of SRGOI is fully automated through KOHA- Library management software. Library is well equipped with latest information technology tools for information collection, processing and retrieval. The collection of books, journals, e-journals, reports and other reading resources are adequate for not only domain specific resources but for also general resources. The Library has a team of well qualified personnel to cater to the technological and scientific needs of the institute, supported by an active collection of about 15,000+ documents maintained in a professional way for quick retrieval.
SRGOI has Digital library facility (DELNET) with prime objective of promoting resource sharing. Digital library is equipped with 10 systems to access E-journals & E-books. SRGOI has also developed its own internal digital library with Calibre software which is a cross-platform open-source suite of e-book software i.e. available 24x7 for students and faculties.
SRGOI has provided the facility of PAYTM for its students to pay the fee.
SRGOI has also card swapping machine facility to pay the fee by using Debit/ Credit card in hassle free manner.
Online attendance management system is available in our campuses which allow automating time management by tracking working hours and helps to concentrate on attendance issues by reducing paper works and by eliminating manual process of attendance records.
SRGOI uses ERP as a centralized database for various processes to reduce manual labor and to simplify existing operation workflows. The institutions can forget about the hassles of maintaining piles of paperwork and have everything ready at the click of a button. An ERP implementation increases the response time manifold, whether it be an activity involving a single department or a cross functional procedure.
SRGOI has Intercom facility for better communication across all the campuses and its colleges and institutions.
SRGOI has its own internal servers and data storage facility to support of centralized data storage as well as backup and restore services and it allows sharing of resources and offers other services to the client computers in the network. It is used to store, access, secure and manage digital data, files and services.
SRGOI has also taken the cloud storage facility i.e. useful for hosting of servers and storage virtually in cloud instead of physical datacenter and that ensures the availability of applications and services 24*7 online. Cloud storage providers are responsible for keeping the data available and accessible, and the physical environment protected and running.
SRGOI’s campuses and premises are covered with CCTV surveillance system as per University’s guidelines and cameras are installed throughout the department to help to ensure the safety of those in the department and the security of their and the department’s property. These CCTV surveillance systems are subject to the SRGOI’s CCTV Code of Practice.
SRGOI has its own digital auditorium equipped with innovative technology of the highest quality to conduct events and meetings of the college. It is used to group the students at one place, and conduct effective interaction with the staff, or the guests, who have attended for meetings or workshops. So, it needs to be spacious and convenient to hold these meetings, and we have included these design elements into our auditorium.
SRGOI has the facility of digital classrooms which are equipped with the latest audio-video infrastructure based on the principles of smart tutoring. This is a platform that employs unit-level multimedia tools, animations and interactive elements, making classes highly interesting and ensuring participation from all students. To enhance teaching learning process all the classes have been converted into digi-classrooms. This enables immediate and permanent impact on the learners, making learning convenient, easy and interesting.
